Marques Ogden sat down with me to chat about his new book, The Success Cycle, fatherhood and his time in the NFL. Marques talks with me about how he looks to teach his kids accountability and the other values he looks to instill in them as they grow up. He also shares what he learned about being a parent from his dad.
