Michael Cruz sits down with me to talk about his fatherhood journey and the values he looks to instill in to his kids as they grow up. We talk about the it takes a village mentality when it comes to raising kids. Next we chat about how Michael took a new path for his career by learning to code with Codecademy. Michael shares what he has learned at Codecademy and how he started to feel more confident in his new job search since taking coding classes. He is using that mantra of never stop learning.
